NTT DATA is hiring a Linux Patch Engineer (Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer, L1) in Hyderabad.
What you will do:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and keep their IT infrastructure running
- Monitor client systems, spot problems early and resolve first-line incidents and service requests
- Carry out maintenance work such as patching and configuration changes
- Support clients over phone, ITSM tickets or chat, and hand over smoothly between shifts
- Update knowledge articles and support disaster recovery tests and project work
Requirements: entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support across security, network, data centre, systems or storage, basic knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools, and the discipline to work tickets daily using SOPs and knowledge articles. This is a shift-based support role.
