Signzy, a digital onboarding and identity verification company, is hiring a Business Analyst in Bengaluru to work between clients and its technical teams.
What you will do:
- Understand client business and integration requirements and write them up as solution documents
- Prepare as-is requirement documents, technical integration documents with flow charts, and FSDs
- Do gap analysis between systems and APIs, and test APIs to analyse responses
- Get sign-offs from stakeholders and manage change requests
- Work with clients, project and product managers, configuration engineers, developers and QA on feature releases
- Take part in sprint planning and the product development cycle
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience (at least 3 in client-facing work), an engineering background and BFSI experience. A basic understanding of SaaS tech stacks (JavaScript, Java, NGINX, MySQL, MongoDB, microservices), APIs and web services is needed.
