Axis Bank is hiring Business Development Associates (Officer Sales) for its retail banking sales team in several cities.
What you will do:
- Find new customers for the bank and sell banking, investment and third-party products based on customer needs
- Build and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Meet monthly sales targets set for your grade
- Log all customer activity in the CRM system
- Follow KYC and SEBI rules for financial services
This is a pure sales role with daily customer outreach and field travel.
Who can apply: graduates with up to 2 years of experience (freshers with less than a year of experience are considered at the Officer Sales-1 grade). You need good communication in English and the local language, strong lead generation and closing skills, and the drive to hit targets under pressure.
