EY's Business Consulting Risk team (Technology, Media & Telecom) in Gurugram is hiring an Associate Consultant for Process & Controls (internal audit) engagements.
What you will do:
- Deliver client engagements to the required quality and review working papers and client files
- Study client business processes and industry trends to find areas for improvement and draft recommendations
- Use data analytics tools such as ACL and Access during reviews
- Follow engagement plans and internal quality and risk procedures, applying IIA and ICAI internal audit standards
- Spot engagement risks early and escalate when needed
- Help with proposals, marketing material and new methodologies, and support interns and analysts
Requirements: 0-1 year of experience. Awareness of internal audit standards, attention to detail and the ability to build working relationships with client process owners are important.
