EY's Strategy and Transactions (TMT) team in Bengaluru is hiring an Associate for Financial Due Diligence engagements.
What you will do:
- Review historical and projected financial information of target companies during deals
- Analyse revenue, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow trends to support transaction decisions
- Assess quality of earnings, balance sheet items and key financial drivers
- Prepare structured financial analysis and diligence outputs for clients
Requirements: a Chartered Accountant with around 3 years of experience in business and financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail are key, along with the ability to work collaboratively across client teams.
