Axis Bank is hiring a Branch Relationship Officer (Teller) for its branch banking team in Ahmedabad.
What you will do:
- Serve existing and new customers at the branch and offer suitable bank products
- Cross-sell retail banking and third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds and loans against monthly targets
- Generate referrals and leads, join marketing activities and visit customers outside the branch
- Contact mapped customers to grow deposits and product holding
- Process cash transactions and service requests accurately within turnaround times, working as teller when needed
- Introduce customers to internet, mobile and WhatsApp banking
Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience, good communication skills and a sales and service mindset.
