Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring an Elite Banker for Business Banking (outbound, branch banking) in Mumbai.
What you will do:
- Plan and run outbound outreach to win new business clients
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients, including high net worth customers, for liabilities and commercial assets
- Understand client needs and offer suitable financial solutions, cross-selling a wide range of banking products
- Monitor client portfolios for growth opportunities and handle client queries promptly
- Work with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow bank policies and compliance rules
- Attend industry and networking events
Requirements: a bachelor's degree (finance or business preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role, with good knowledge of business banking products, strong communication skills, MS Office and banking software skills.
