Amazon is hiring a Business Coach in Kolkata to support Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners who run last-mile delivery businesses.
What you will do:
- Partner with 20-40 DSP owners across delivery stations as they onboard, launch and scale
- Guide owners through operational issues and help them prepare for peak periods
- Run business and financial health reviews, sharing benchmarks and insights
- Track key performance metrics and drive accountability and engagement
- Find workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements in operations, finances and safety
- Work with station operations managers, program managers, compliance and finance teams
Basic qualifications: 2+ years of employee and performance management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years at Amazon).
