JLL is hiring a Compliance Executive in Bengaluru to manage labour and statutory compliance (on-site, 48 hours a week).
What you will do:
- Manage compliance under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act and other central and state laws
- Work with HR and finance on PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund filings
- Oversee contract labour compliance for vendors, including licences, wage payment and records
- Plan internal compliance audits, host statutory inspections and close gaps quickly
- Handle applications and renewals of statutory licences and registrations
Requirements: 2-6 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Indian labour laws and the new Labour Codes, excellent Kannada and English, and close attention to registers, returns and updates.
