Nomura's HR team in Powai, Mumbai is hiring an Analyst for its global Equity and Deferred Compensation function. The team runs the firm's deferred pay programmes worldwide, including restricted stock units, phantom stock and performance-based awards. You will support end-to-end plan administration: grant processing, vesting events, settlements and leaver processing, buy-out estimates and award grants for new joiners, and trading of vested shares on a vendor platform. You will also answer employee and stakeholder queries within service levels, keep SOPs and controls up to date and help with compliance reporting. The role asks for 1–3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree or MBA, plus coordination with stakeholders across regions.
