Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II for its operations (fulfilment) sites around Narnaul, Haryana. As first-level IT support, you will help site operations teams solve technical problems and be the main face of IT on the floor. Daily work includes maintaining IT equipment across the sites, troubleshooting PCs, wireless handheld scanners, thin clients, printers and other end-user devices, and handling warranty returns (RMA) and repairs. You will also assist senior engineers on projects and follow all safety procedures. The role covers several buildings, so regular travel to sites within the state or region is required. It reports to the site IT manager. Around 1 year of relevant IT support experience is expected.
