KPMG Global Services is hiring an Associate Consultant for its HR M&A team, part of the Integration & Separation practice within Deal Advisory, in Bengaluru. You will work with onshore KPMG teams on mergers, acquisitions and global programmes from a people, workforce analytics and organisation design angle. The work includes supporting and sometimes leading HR workstreams on integration and separation projects, analysing workforce data with analytical tools, and turning findings into insights and recommendations for clients. The role asks for 1–3 years of relevant experience, good analytical and Excel/data skills, and comfort working with international teams on deal timelines.
