Arm's Solutions Engineering group in Bengaluru is looking for a Physical Design Engineer focused on static timing analysis for custom SoC and CPU designs.
You will develop and validate timing constraints for functional and test modes, own timing analysis and closure at block and subsystem level, and generate and track ECOs to closure together with the physical design, design and constraints teams.
Requirements: a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; 2–4 years of experience in STA closure and sign-off methodology; hands-on use of tools such as PrimeTime, Tempus or Tweaker; experience with IP integration and timing sign-off; scripting in TCL/Perl or Python; and strong data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills.
