S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring an Associate for its Data Management Solutions (DMS) Technical Support team in Gurugram (posted as Associate, Channels Tech Specialists).
You will be the link between clients and DMS products such as the API and Xpressfeed data feeds: helping clients deploy and troubleshoot the products, and assessing technical factors in client environments that can affect product performance. You will work with Datafeed Application Specialists, sales, product and development teams across the globe to analyse and resolve product delivery issues, and talk regularly with external clients.
The role is aimed at candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in databases and client-facing technical support.
