Zensar Technologies is hiring a SOC Analyst (Level 1) in Pune as part of its Digital Security services. As the first line of defence, you will monitor SIEM dashboards and security tools 24x7, triage alerts, perform initial investigation of incidents and escalate to L2/L3 by severity.
You will also watch EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, email security, firewall and proxy alerts, follow predefined response procedures, validate false positives, create incident tickets and prepare daily and weekly security reports.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience; familiarity with SIEMs such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar or ArcSight and EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, Defender or SentinelOne; basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S); Windows/Linux fundamentals; and MITRE ATT&CK basics. Security+, SC-200 or CEH preferred.
