Zensar Technologies is hiring a SOC Analyst (L1.5) in Hyderabad for a 24x7 Security Operations Centre.
You will monitor and analyse alerts from the SIEM and connected tools, triage and validate incidents, investigate malware, phishing, ransomware, account compromise and unauthorised access cases, escalate to L2/L3 as per process and meet incident response SLAs. The role includes root-cause analysis and log analysis across Windows/Linux, Active Directory, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, proxy, email security and Azure/AWS/GCP, plus documenting findings and supporting containment and recovery.
Requirements: 3–6 years of SOC experience; exposure to Logpoint SIEM is preferred, though strong experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar or ArcSight along with incident response and threat hunting will also be considered.
