Zensar Technologies is hiring a SQL Server DBA in Bengaluru to look after Microsoft SQL Server databases in production and non-production environments.
You will monitor performance and tune queries, indexes and stored procedures; manage backups, restores and disaster recovery; carry out patching, upgrades and routine maintenance; troubleshoot database issues during incidents; and manage security and user access in line with organisational standards, working with application and infrastructure teams to keep critical systems available.
Requirements: 3–5 years of SQL Server DBA experience, strong administration and performance-tuning skills, experience with backup/recovery, replication and high availability, basic PowerShell or SQL scripting, and knowledge of ITIL incident processes. Experience in cards, payments or banking and exposure to AWS/Azure databases are a plus.
