Clarivate is hiring a Sales Support Associate for its Global Sales Support team in Bengaluru (a team of 10+ reporting to the Manager, Global Sales Support).
You will support the sales cycle and sales velocity: helping users adopt Salesforce, training and supporting sales users globally, and resolving standard and complex issues around sales orders, billing systems, incentives and contracts.
Requirements: at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment (CRM, phone, email or chat) or a similar role; knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM is an advantage; a good grasp of end-to-end sales processes; strong problem-solving skills; and clear written and verbal communication with field teams, account managers and customers.
