The Cigna Group is hiring Claims Associate Representatives in Bengaluru to process and complete claims submitted by customers and healthcare providers for Cigna Global.
You will handle basic technical, administrative and operational claims tasks under close supervision in a production environment where both speed and accuracy are measured. You will resolve issues quickly without creating new errors, treat complaints as a chance to win back a dissatisfied customer, and work alongside experienced claims analysts who will help you build your claims skills through training.
Suited to candidates with around 1 year of experience who enjoy solving problems, research and attention to detail.
