Gallagher in India is hiring Associates for its operations teams in Bengaluru and Shivamogga (posted as Associate – Operations Management). This is an entry-level role for graduates willing to be trained in the insurance field.
You will carry out assigned tasks efficiently, handle administrative work across several computer applications, engage with customers and gather their feedback, and identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed. You will follow standard procedures and build knowledge of the organisation's products and processes.
Requirements: any graduate or postgraduate (non-technical), excellent English comprehension and writing, a good academic record (55% or above), and basic knowledge of insurance or finance. Freshers and candidates with up to about 3 years of experience can apply.
