EXL is hiring an Executive for US healthcare provider data management in Kochi.
You will process provider additions, terminations, demographic updates, affiliations, specialties, tax IDs and contract changes; keep provider records accurate across healthcare systems; validate data and run quality checks; and investigate and fix data discrepancies through root-cause analysis within SLA timelines. You will also support master data management tasks such as data collection, cleansing and standardisation, track productivity and quality metrics, run audits and suggest process improvements, while following HIPAA and client guidelines.
Requirements: a graduate (non-technical) in any discipline with 1–3 years of US healthcare experience; prior provider data management or CertifyOS experience is preferred.
