HCLTech is hiring Analysts (Band E1) for Generative AI work across Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune. In this role you will help develop AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain and Python on cloud AI platforms, turn business requirements into technical tasks, collect and preprocess data for model training and evaluation, and assist in fine-tuning and optimising models for performance and reliability. You will also maintain documentation for AI/ML projects and learn from senior team members. Must-have skills are strong Python for generative AI use cases and hands-on AI/ML or LLM project experience gained through academics, internships or personal projects; familiarity with deep learning, NLP, LLMs or image processing is expected. Eligibility: engineering degree with 0–3 years of experience, fresh graduates welcome. Full-time role.
