Equifax is hiring an Associate – Product (business analyst for products) in Mumbai to support the product life cycle of its credit bureau and data solutions. You will gather and document business, technical and functional requirements, turn them into user stories, functional specification documents, workflow diagrams and acceptance criteria, and support feature prioritisation, user acceptance testing and releases. The role also tracks product performance, data accuracy and adoption after launch, and works with IT, data science, compliance, legal and operations teams to keep products compliant with regulations. Requirements: 0–1 year as a business, systems or product analyst, ideally in credit bureaus, fintech, banking or BFSI; an understanding of retail lending, credit scoring or API integrations; agile/Scrum familiarity; and a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or finance (MBA a plus).
