KPMG Global Services (KGS) is hiring an Analyst in Gurugram to support the US geography in a team-driven role reporting to a Team Lead or Assistant Manager. The Analyst owns the end-to-end course review and approval process: assigning and managing learning requests, reviewing course submissions for compliance with NASBA and KPMG Continuing Professional Education (CPE) guidelines, administering CPE credits in the learning management system, issuing attendance certificates, and answering participant queries by email within agreed SLAs and quality standards. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking and the ability to manage priorities under deadlines are key. Eligibility: graduates such as BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE or BCA with 0 to under 2 years of relevant experience; good MS Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel. Work timings are 11:30 AM to 8 PM.
