Genpact is hiring interns at its offices in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Hyderabad and Gurugram.
As an intern you will work on real projects: helping develop and implement business strategies, carrying out market research and trend analysis, supporting project management, working with cross-functional teams and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership. Interns get mentorship, networking across functions and the possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.
Requirements: currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, commerce, economics, finance, computer science, engineering or a related field; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication; proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
