Varun Beverages (PepsiCo bottler) is hiring a Production Associate for its plant at Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli district.
You will operate and monitor blow moulder, filler and labeller machines during your shift, adjust machine settings to product specifications, carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues with the maintenance team, and support changeovers between product lines. You will record production data, downtime and quality observations, follow GMP, HACCP and safety rules, and keep the work area clean.
Requirements: a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Food Engineering or a related field and 1–2 years of experience on beverage packaging machinery. Shift work, including night and weekend rotations, is part of the job.
