Wells Fargo is hiring a Securities Research Associate in Hyderabad to work closely with its US Investment Banking team (CIB Banking), covering the Energy & Power sector – upstream, midstream, oilfield services, energy transition and power.
You will support M&A buy-side and sell-side deal execution and corporate finance and capital markets transactions: preparing pitchbook sections (industry overviews, company profiles, share price performance, deal case studies, valuation multiples, buyer/seller ideas), helping on IPOs, follow-ons, bond issues and leveraged deals, and running comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, company screening, financial analysis, benchmarking and valuation models.
Requirements: 2+ years of securities research experience or equivalent (work, training, military or education) and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
