Booking Holdings (parent of Booking.com, KAYAK, Priceline, Agoda and others) is hiring a Corporate Accountant at its Center of Excellence in Bengaluru.
You will handle parts of the corporate close for the parent company – daily cash, prepaids, fixed assets, intangibles, intercompany, accruals, leases and debt – and make sure monthly, quarterly and annual close tasks are timely and accurate. Work includes balance sheet reconciliations, ERP-to-consolidation reconciliations and roll-forwards, preparing the balance sheet, P&L and variance analysis under US GAAP and SOX, supporting statutory and US audits, preparing footnote data for SEC filings and statutory and government filings for multiple entities.
