EY's People Consulting practice is hiring an Associate Consultant for its Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru.
The team helps clients align their people agenda with business goals and reshape their workforce so they have the right talent and skills in the right roles at the right cost. Work spans organisation and workforce transformation (scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning and analytics, talent strategy using EY's Organization & Talent Hub), change experience and learning, and purpose, culture and leadership programmes.
Requirements: a qualification in Human Resources and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to work collaboratively across client teams and solve problems practically.
