Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring an Operations Team Member in Mumbai to support end-to-end credit bureau reporting.
You will run periodic bureau reporting to Credit Information Companies (CICs) on time, validate source data and submit files, track acknowledgements, review and analyse rejected records, work with business, operations and technology teams to fix issues, and run reconciliations and data checks. You will also ensure adherence to RBI and CIC guidelines, support audits, maintain MIS and process documents, and help with automation and regulatory change projects.
Requirements: a graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in bureau reporting, credit operations, regulatory reporting or banking operations, good Excel and data analysis skills and knowledge of CIC reporting and RBI guidelines.
