Texas Instruments is looking for an AVV (validation) engineer in Bengaluru to verify MCU peripherals and subsystems from emulation through first silicon. You will write requirements-based test plans, directed and corner-case tests, build firmware test suites and automation in Python and C, debug hardware/software interactions using firmware, RTL waveforms, emulation and silicon, run first-silicon bring-up and performance benchmarks, maintain regressions and coverage, and reproduce and root-cause customer-reported issues.
Requirements: a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or similar, 2-5 years of experience in silicon design or validation, and experience with digital/embedded design on emulation, FPGA or RTL simulation. Preferred: ARM architecture, strong embedded C (drivers, interrupts, DMA, registers) and Python for automation.
