Bayer is hiring a Software Engineer in Bengaluru to design, code, test and document programs of medium to high complexity, mainly around laboratory systems. You will turn logical designs into detailed physical designs, follow agreed implementation approaches and standards, document your work, and help keep services reliable and performing well.
Requirements: a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field; 3+ years as a software engineer; programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript; and 3+ years of development experience with LabVantage LIMS. Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes, DevOps tools and practices, and expertise in an area such as machine learning, cybersecurity or mobile development.
