Johnson Controls is building a team of Mobility Specialists in Pune to support employees in North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Each specialist is the main mobility operations contact for an assigned region, handling mobile services, carrier relationships, eSIM administration, device provisioning, mobile number management and end-user support, while working with colleagues globally to keep the service consistent.
Requirements: an Associate degree or equivalent experience; 1-3 years supporting mobile devices, telecom services or end-user technology; experience with phones, tablets and wireless carriers; a basic understanding of eSIM and provisioning; strong customer service and communication; and the ability to juggle multiple requests with attention to detail.
