Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring an Electrical & Electronics Engineer at its Chennai (MRV) farm equipment development centre. You will package electrical and electronic components into tractors based on requirements, design wiring harness layouts and routing in UG NX or Creo following Bosch guidelines, place switches and design harness channels, clamps and ECU mounting brackets, work out component weights, take part in benchmarking and suggest VAVE ideas, solve design constraints with functional teams and suppliers, analyse packaging-related failures, and release drawings in Teamcenter on time.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience, preferably in automotive or farm equipment, with hands-on wiring harness design and basic tooling knowledge of plastic and sheet-metal brackets.
