JLL is hiring a Software Engineer 2 in Bengaluru to build AI features for its property management applications. You will build and tune RAG pipelines using LLMs over property data from warehouses and semantic indexes, apply AI techniques to pull out insights and predictions, design agentic AI systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, refine GenAI workflows for decision-making, and develop full-stack web applications. The role also includes turning business needs into technical specifications, guiding teams on using AI solutions, code reviews, fixing bugs and tech debt, and working in Agile/Scrum.
Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience as an AI engineer or full-stack developer. This is an on-site role.
