Teleperformance (TP) is hiring a System Engineer II in Jaipur to support the hardware and software systems used in its operations. You will respond to and diagnose user problems through troubleshooting, fault fixing and escalation, give timely resolution to user queries and complaints, and help evaluate hardware and software and recommend upgrades or improvements to the IT infrastructure. At this level you are expected to be fully proficient with established standards and work independently within set frames.
Requirements: a professional or university degree and around 1-2 years of practical IT support or systems experience.
