Unisys is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Mumbai who will act as a field engineer for specific clients, products or applications, including tech kiosks and desks. You will provide software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other connected equipment; install and maintain PCs, software, peripherals and network devices; do preventive maintenance; handle installs, moves, adds and changes; test and certify PCs, networks, servers and approved applications; and follow up on problems and escalations while meeting SLAs and keeping clients satisfied.
Requirements: a high school diploma or GED (a technical certification or Associate degree may be required) and generally 1-2 years of experience in a similar support role.
