Photon is hiring a Product Analyst in Bengaluru to own analytics tracking across web and mobile products. You will define and maintain the analytics event catalogue, turn product requirements into measurable tracking specs for engineers, validate instrumentation before and after releases, watch data quality and catch gaps early, work with the analytics architecture team on event schemas and routing, run requirement sessions across product areas, define KPIs and reporting frameworks, and present findings to leadership.
Requirements: 3+ years in product analytics or business analysis, hands-on Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, debugging), GA4 beyond reporting (custom events and dimensions, conversions, BigQuery export), experience writing analytics specifications, and familiarity with dataLayer architecture.
