Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS), the India capability centre of Omnicom Group, is hiring an application support analyst for IT operations in Hyderabad. You will support employee onboarding and offboarding workflows including account access, log, route and track HR requests and employee queries confidentially, give administrative application support (intake, access coordination, basic troubleshooting, escalation), coordinate domain and SSL certificate requests, keep ticket notes and status updated, and chase stalled requests with HR, IT, agencies and vendors.
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in application or technical support, good communication, and a basic understanding of domains, DNS, SSL certificates, access management, security and compliance. You must be willing to work the 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST shift.
