Mars is hiring a Product Analyst in Gurugram for its Retail Execution / Field Sales Execution product across the AMEA region. The role links product, business, technology, data, UX and market teams so that requirements are clear and ready for development. You will help the Product Owner turn vision and roadmap into features and user stories, support discovery, backlog refinement and prioritisation, write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows, look for ways to simplify and reuse across markets, spot gaps, dependencies and edge cases, and work with engineering, UX, data and QA through agile delivery.
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis or a similar role.
