Mars is hiring a Product Analyst in Gurugram for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) in the AMEA region. You will connect business stakeholders, engineering and QA to deliver data-driven TPM capabilities for promotion planning, execution, settlement and performance evaluation. Day to day you will gather and prioritise business, functional and system requirements from commercial, finance and sales teams, write user stories, process maps, functional specs and acceptance criteria, keep product documentation current, help Product Managers prioritise the backlog, and take part in sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
