Danaher is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Pune to support the GeneXpert medical diagnostics product line. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot instruments at customer sites across the region (and sometimes other SAARC locations), handle advanced complaints, keep local spare-parts inventory and travel expense records, give feedback on hardware and software improvements, support sales, and complete all required compliance and training on time.
Requirements: a Bachelor's in Electronics or another engineering discipline, 0-2 years of field service experience (experience with medical diagnostics products is essential), knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements, good knowledge of the territory, and the ability to travel about 75% of the time.
