Stryker is hiring a Quality Engineer in Gurugram to handle medical device customer complaints. You will review, assess and process complaints in line with procedures and regulations, investigate failure modes, root causes and product performance concerns, work with manufacturing, engineering, R&D, regulatory and service teams to resolve them, keep complaint records complete and closed on time, support adverse event and vigilance assessments, and train others on complaint handling. You will also partner with post-market surveillance and regulatory teams on quality improvements.
Requirements: an engineering degree (mechanical, electrical or related), 2-4 years of experience including 1+ years in complaint handling or customer quality, knowledge of ISO 13485 or 21 CFR 820, TrackWise, RCA, CAPA and risk management. Hybrid, about 10% travel.
