EY's National Tax practice (People Advisory Services) is hiring an Associate for its Payroll Operate team in Gurugram. You will run end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, deductions and disbursement, apply statutory payroll rules such as tax withholding, provident fund and employee insurance, validate inputs and reconcile outputs in payroll systems, prepare payroll registers, journal entries and variance analysis, and suggest process and control improvements.
Requirements: a commerce graduate with 1+ years of hands-on payroll experience, good knowledge of statutory payroll compliance, and the ability to work collaboratively across client teams while solving practical problems.
