EY's Strategy and Transactions team in Mumbai is hiring an Associate for Financial Due Diligence. You will study target companies' business, positioning, strengths and challenges, analyse historical and current financials and the assumptions behind projections, identify deal issues and their impact on valuation, assess transaction risks and mitigation, and understand deal structures to flag structuring issues. Strong teamwork and client relationship skills are important.
Requirements: a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-8 years of audit or due diligence experience; due diligence exposure in an M&A team or a large CA firm is valued.
