American Express is hiring an Analyst in Gurugram for its Credit & Fraud Risk control management team (Risk ID, Assessment, Testing & Reporting). The team identifies, assesses, mitigates and reports operational risk in credit and fraud risk processes so they meet regulatory standards and Amex policy. You will help business units carry out risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), map processes against policies and regulations, test controls, and support thematic risk reporting on levels, trends and causes, working with partners across many business units and geographies.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in operational risk management or a similar area, process mapping experience, and sound analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's in Finance, Business or Risk Management is preferred. Hybrid role.
