Ameriprise Financial is hiring an Operational Risk Management Associate in Gurugram. You will prepare data summaries, trend reports and presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams, build operational risk dashboards, work with leaders across business lines to identify risks and report them through the ORM process, and handle ad-hoc requests linked to audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience along with a Master's degree, excellent written and spoken English, the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Microsoft Access experience is a plus. Hybrid: at least three days a week in the office.
