Teleperformance (TP) is hiring a Workforce Management Real Time Analyst in Gurugram for its contact centre operations. You will help monitor and manage workforce planning in real time, including staffing, scheduling and forecasting systems and related policies, so that contact centre service levels are met. You will work independently within set standards and follow established procedures.
Requirements: a professional or university degree and around 1-2 years of practical experience, ideally in workforce management or contact centre operations.
