JLL is hiring a Transformation & Business Analyst in Gurugram or Hyderabad. You will support senior analysts in evaluating business opportunities and expansion ideas, research and analyse data and industry trends to shape recommendations, map pain points through stakeholder interviews, process observation and data analysis, help turn business needs into functional specifications with technical teams, assist with UAT and quality checks, and support process improvement projects. You will also track milestones, deliverables and KPIs, keep project documents organised, join client meetings and help build presentations.
This is an early-career, on-site role suited to candidates with strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills.
