Gallagher India is hiring entry-level Associates for its Operations Management group in Bengaluru and Shimoga (several openings). The team acts as the voice of the customer: gathering and evaluating client feedback, presenting insights to internal stakeholders, and helping build customer loyalty and retention. Associates are expected to learn the technical side of the company's products and offerings so they can share tips on using features and troubleshooting.
This is an entry level role for people with little or no prior experience. You will follow standard procedures, carry out routine tasks within defined limits, and work under close supervision. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent; no prior experience needed.
